Cornucopia
The role of the produce truck in New Orleans history
and culture is well known. The produce truck concept also offers
inspiration for an implausible solution to grocery access: An
entire building mounted on a pickup, and overflowing with tasty
foodstuffs. Hypothetically, this Mobile Cornucopia could travel
wherever groceries are needed.
